Yes he does look a little peeved.
Between the set of his brows and the anger lines above his nose he looks a little like he has a tattoo of a cross on his face.
I assume there's a reason he's not wearing his armour, or much else really.
Ah I know. Someone painted a cross on his forehead during the middle of the night as a prank. That's why he's so mad and only half dressed.
Seriously though. Your attention to detail shows through as always. Your shadowing is nicely done too. I've seen flails with one and two heads (I actually own a replica with 2 heads) but not really many with three. I would think it would be unwieldy and too likely to get tangled to be a truly effective weapon. Plus you'd need wrists like a gorilla
